Handling enquiries submitted via the contact forms on the website and providing quotes for our services.
Managing your application, CV, professional credentials (CPC, tachograph card) and employment profile for recruitment processes.
Managing penalty proceedings, fine appeals and specialised legal assistance.
Processing technical data (TGD) and geolocation in order to provide the fleet management service.

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is the performance of a contract, the data subject's explicit consent, our legitimate interest in improving our services and compliance with legal obligations.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties save where required by law, with the exception of transport operators (in the case of EuroDriver) or public authorities and assistance workshops (in the case of EuroAssist/EuroLaw) where this is necessary to provide the service.
