Access to and/or use of this Europa ITS portal grants the status of USER, who, from such access and/or use, accepts the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms shall apply irrespective of any General Terms and Conditions that may be binding for the specific services (EuroDriver, EuroLaw, etc.).

3. Use of the Portal

The website provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, "the content") on the Internet belonging to Europa ITS or its licensors to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for use of the portal. That responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content (e.g. Client Area, CV uploads to EuroDriver, document submission for EuroReport). In such registration the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services Europa ITS offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith or public order.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Europa ITS, either directly or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its website, as well as over the elements contained in it (images, logos, texts, structure and design, selection of materials used, etc.).

All rights reserved. The reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Europa ITS, is expressly prohibited.

5. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

Europa ITS shall not be held liable, in any event, for damages of any nature that may arise, including by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious programmes.

6. Amendments

Europa ITS reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any amendments it deems appropriate to its portal, including changing, removing or adding both the content and services provided and the way in which they are presented.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Europa ITS and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law. Any disputes and claims shall be resolved by the competent courts and tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
